·       external and internal wiring do not comply with the requirements of the standard,

·       protection against electric shock is inadequate - electrical breakdown occurred in the outer metal housing during the test,

·       insulation resistance and electrical strength are inadequate - electrical breakdown occurred in the outer metal housing during the test.

The product does not comply with the Order on electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits and the standard BAS EN 60598-2-4:2019.

Measures taken

The importer took measures of withdrawal from the market, recall of the product from consumers and destruction of the dangerous products, as well as the obligation to inform consumers about the risks posed by the products and how to return the affected products.  

Instructions for consumers

We advise consumers who have purchased the above-mentioned product to stop using it and return it to the importer or the place of purchase.
