PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: SAFETY NOTICE ON THE FREE HOME-VISIT AND REPAIR PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN MODELS OF GORENJE FRIDGE-FREEZERS



Manufacturer of electrical and household appliances Gorenje has announced free home-visit and repair program for fridge-freezer models: RKI-ORA-OR, RK-ORA-S and RK-ORA-E, manufactured in 2007. We are forwarding the complete announcement.

Gorenje invites the owners of fridge-freezer models: RKI-ORA-OR, RK-ORA-S, RK-ORA-E, manufactured in 2007 to check the serial number and article number. Under certain circumstances a potential fault may occur on one of components of the affected models that may cause a hazardous failure.

The Models with the potential fault have article numbers (ART No): 172260, 172261, 172262 and serial numbers (SER No): 7XXXXXXX.

The model, the serial number and article number of the fridge-freezer are printed on the rating plate which is located on the left inner wall of the fridge, in front of the vegetable drawer. The written warranty also includes the information.

033 771 383, 771 381 or 771 386 Mon-Thu 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-1pm, to arrange a free of-charge appliance check-up and modification if necessary.

Although the said failure is minimal, Gorenje is taking a precautionary measure by announcing this safety notice, to ensure the highest degree of safety to costumers.

IMPORTANT NOTE : This safety notice does not affect any other Gorenje fridge-freezers that do not match the listed model, serial and article numbers.
