MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION WITH INDIRECT TAXATION AUTHORITY OF BiH SIGNED



On March 11, 2008, MSA of BiH signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH in Banjaluka .

The Memorandum regulates the basics of cooperation between MSA and Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, aiming to implement regulations concerning products placed on the BiH market, to enable more effective operation of market surveillance authorities in the area of removing dangerous/unsafe products from the market and taking necessary measures to bring the products into compliance with the prescribed safety requirements.

The Memorandum is also the basis for establishing further cooperation and coordination, and it will be finished and realized alongside with the procedure of transposition of the EU Acquis Communautaire into the BiH legislation.
