Hazard/risk

The hand-held electric drill poses risk of electric shock, injuries and fire because:

-      the device is not properly labelled;

-      the instructions for use and safety instructions are not supplied in accordance with the Order and harmonized standards;

-      there is no translation of the instructions for use into one of the official languages ​​in Bosnia and Herzegovina;

-      the machine is not marked with the conformity mark;

-      the machine does not meet the following requirements from the standard:

·         mechanical strength,

·         electrical power and voltage,

·         construction,

·         internal wiring,

·         power supply connection and external flexible cable;

-      a declaration of conformity has not been supplied in accordance with the Order on the safety of machinery.

The product does not comply with the Order on the safety of machinery (Official Gazette of BiH, 04/10) and the standards BAS EN 62841-1 +A1and BAS EN 62841-2-1+A1.

Measures taken

Competent inspection authority ordered the measures of warning consumers of the risks, withdrawal of the product from the market and destruction of the products in question.

We advise consumers who have purchased the above-mentioned product to stop using it and return it to the place of purchase.
