National and International Cooperation

Market Surveillance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out a significant part of its activities at the international, i.e. European level. Given that all processes in market surveillance in Bosnia and Herzegovina should be aligned with the best European practices, the development of cooperation and integration into European institutional and administrative structures is one of the Agency's key priorities and challenges.

Acting in accordance with these priorities and within the scope of its legally established competences, the Agency participates in the following European bodies:

• PROSAFE (The Product Safety Forum of Europe)

• AdCo groups for the following sectors:

  o    machinery safety,

  o    electromagnetic compatibility,

  o    personal protective equipment,

  o    pressure equipment and simple pressure vessels,

  o    toys,

  o    electrical appliances.
