Agencija za nadzor nad tržištem Bosne i Hercegovine i tržišne inspekcije Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine i Republike Srpske su zajednički realizirali proaktivni nadzor termoizolacijskih proizvoda za zgrade u razdoblju od 28. 10. 2025. godine do 26. 6. 2026. godine.
During the period from 16th March to 3rd August 2026, Market Surveillance Agency of BiH and market inspection authorities of the Federation of BiH, Republic of Srpska and Brčko District of BiH carried out joint proactive market surveillance of portable gas stoves and burners using disposable gas cartridges.
The two-day meeting of the Toys AdCo group (Group for administrative cooperation in the field of toy safety) was held in Riga on 10th-11th June 2026. A representative of Market Surveillance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the meeting.
The 9th meeting of the Subcommittee on Internal Market and Competition, including health and consumer protection between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Brussels on 9th June 2026.
During the period from 1st October 2025 to 11th June 2026, Market Surveillance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, Republic Administration for Inspection Affairs and the Inspectorate of Brčko District of BiH have carried out joint proactive market surveillance of protective and safety footwear.
During the period from 18th September 2025 to 8th June 2026, Market Surveillance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, Republic Administration for Inspection Affairs and the Inspectorate of Brčko District of BiH have carried out proactive market surveillance of protective gloves against mechanical risks. This is one of the two product groups covered by the Order on personal protective equipment (Official Gazette of BiH, 75/10) that were subject to market surveillance in 2025.
A central CEFTA database on unsafe and non-compliant products was established by improving the SEED+ system for the exchange of electronic data between CEFTA members, with the aim of facilitating trade and strengthening regional economic integration.
TAIEX Study visit to Belgium and the Netherlands was held on 26th-29th May 2026. The aim of the study visit was to get insight into functioning of the market surveillance of toys in Belgium and the Netherlands, after the TAIEX expert mission and the TAIEX workshop on market surveillance of toys were held.
